Senior Staff Accountant

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years progressive development and experience in a public accounting firm
• CA or CGA designation preferred but not required
• Knowledge of practice development and marketing
• Innovative and strategic thinking, time management, report writing, and negotiating skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Experience in assurance and/or personal and corporate tax
• Proficient in the use of CCH Engagement, Quickbooks, Simply Accounting and TaxPrep

Bookkeeper

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience performing the following duties: reconciliations; accounts payables; accounts receivables; journal entries; bank statement and cash recordings; trial balance reporting; and some general filing.
• An aptitude for handling other ad hoc duties would be a great asset
• Knowledge of Quick Books Pro software is mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level is a must
• Professional business verbal and written English skills are also necessary.
